Q: What is Epic Runner?

 

A: Epic Runner, created by Omventure, is the newest form of live entertainment in Toronto. It offers you the thrill of competitive sports and features the tactical aspect of board games. Inside our 7000+ sq/ft indoor arena, you will be able to experience unparalleled intensity and endless surprises with your friends. Regardless if your friends are Football Jocks or Dungeons and Dragon Fanatics; we have a set of games for your group! Many corporations, clubs, and organizations are already utilizing Epic Runner as their team-building tool. Game mode ranges from a simple team tag to a full-on war battle with preliminary planning, team formation alterations, timed surprise attacks, intel gathering, deception, allegiance, and betrayals. Our multi-layered game modes will leaves your group yearning for more!

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

 

A: Booking deposit is non-refundable unless the minimum number of participants per session is not met. However, we accept rescheduling requests once up to 24 hours prior to your reservation.

 

 

Q: Do I need to make reservations online?

 

A: Booking in advance is highly recommended. Walk-ins are not guaranteed and are only accepted based on availability, if you would like to reserve a spot within the next 24 hours please contact us directly through our phone number 647-800-8038 during our business hours. We will try our best to accommodate.

Q: What if I am late?

 

A: All players are to arrive 15 minutes prior to reserved game time. In the event where safety training is missed, we may decide at our discretion whether any late arrivals may participate in the game. No refund or compensation would be granted.

Q: How many players are required to play?

 

A: 8 is the minimum amount of players required to play. However, 12 or more is strongly recommended.

Q: Am I fit to play Epic Runner?

 

A: Guests are expected to be in good health to participate in our games. Those with pre-existing health conditions, and/or are pregnant should not participate in our games. Due to the physical nature of our games, light injuries may occur. Participants are required to sign waiver forms upon checking in.

 

 

Q: What is the age requirement?

 

A: Due to the nature of the activities, participants must be the age of 16 or over.

 

 

Q: Do I need to sign a waiver?

 

A: Yes. You must read and accept the terms of our waiver by signing it before the session. A guardian signature is required if the participant is the age of 16 or under. A copy of the waiver will be provided to all participants at the time of check-in. You are encouraged to review the waiver here before your booking.

 

 

Q: Can I book a private session?

 

A: All sessions are private.

Q: What should I wear?

 

A: CLEAN running shoes along with athletic wares are mandatory. Participants are encouraged to bring a towel and water bottles. 

​

 

Q: What if someone is behaving inappropriately?

 

A: Each game will be monitored by a designated game host. Inappropriate behaviors and/or violence will not be tolerated. Epic Runner reserves the right to expel players due to inappropriate behaviors as deemed by our staff.

Q: How long is each session?

 

A: The total time for each session is 90 mins. This includes 15 minutes of briefing game rules & introductions, followed by 75 minutes of game time.

​

 

Q: Can I bring a GoPro to film gameplay?

 

A: Yes, but Epic Runner will not be responsible for any damages to your personal devices.
